Thing 8
The idea of social bookmarking is awesome. Each year I find myself looking for websites that I used during the previous year. I never remember which computer I saved them to in my favorites. Using an online bookmarking system such as delicious will save me so much time as I will have easy access to any of my favorites regardless of what computer I am using. It is so easy to use. I also noticed that once you've tagged a website and access it from your delicious site, it also gives links to other websites that people who tagged the same website have tagged. That was wordy...in other words, educators who tag the same website can also share other websites without doing any additional work. So far, this has been my favorite "thing."

Not sure if I have already commented about this post. If I have this will be the second comment. I try to look at bloglines most days. Golf gets in the way frequently. ReplyDeleteHaving experience sharing rooms, and computers, it is hard to remember where something was saved. Often I do my research at home, and this is a great way to revisit the cool websites easily.
